Snapper fillet or Whole Snapper.
Asparagus
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt  
Dash of white wine
Generously coat the snapper with olive oil, add salt and  SUYA GOLD ORIGINAL SPICE BLEND to taste. Place in an ovenproof pan, add asparagus and whole cloves of garlic, wine, roast for 30 mins at 180 degrees.
